expert help with direction, decisions and outreach
Continuous advisory and consulting support for executives, managers and entrepreneurs working between East and West. Monthly packages of virtual meetings and back-office consulting hours ensure that expert help is available quickly and flexibly, whenever and wherever it is needed the most.
Expert support when and where it is most needed
Building intercultural leadership skills is a life-long journey, but sometimes help is needed quickly and flexibly. Two adaptable Intercultural Advisory packages by Gábor Holch and his associates ensure that help is at hand around the clock and around the globe. Preparing for high-stake negotiations across cultures, an important speech to a culturally diverse audience, or working with bosses and team members in an unfamiliar country—they are easier with support from a seasoned intercultural consultant.

Monthly advisory packages include a set number of virtual meeting hours and office hours, freely applicable to any topic or issue. Start the programme with the swipe of a credit card and end it with a click or email when the issue at hand is resolved, or you feel ready to tackle future challenges without expert support. Advisory programmes are strictly confidential and follow the schedule, style and direction set by the client.

How does intercultural advisory work?
Consultant and client of Intercultural Advisory programmes work together in two ways. The first is through regular virtual meetings, where they discuss the challenges, options, decisions and outcome of the issues identified by the client. The second is through office-based consulting hours, which the consultant uses to support or implement the issues selected by the client.

Clients of Intercultural Advisory programmes also enjoy other benefits such as free access to otherwise fee-based virtual and in-person events by Gábor Holch and East-West Leadership, and personal introductions to executives, experts and decision-makers within the professional network of East-West Leadership associates.
